I recently purchased my first pair of high end speakers here. Antonio and Amrit were super friendly, helpful, happy to talk equipment and music and ready to help me find something I really liked in my budget. They talked w me about my music tastes and my existing system and what I liked about it. They made some suggestions for me to demo. The demo process was phenomenal. I felt Amrit and Antonio were invested in making sure that I ended up with a speaker that I loved which I did. Enjoying my dynaudios as I write. I’ll be coming back here as I upgrade my gear.

I had a great customer service experience. I came in to purchase a tiny little accessory for my new vintage audio system. They specialize is modern audio, but on a very busy day, they still took the time to answer my questions and see if they could meet my needs. I was very impressed. I’d 100% recommend their business especially as there are options online, going in person is a far superior experience.

I recently purchased a hifi + home theater system from Audio Vision that I couldn't be happier with. The people who run this shop are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about audio, and they carry many high-end products. They helped me tailor a high-end stereo + 5.1 sound system for my apartment and gave me many useful suggestions given my small listening space. Their demos were particularly valuable to me because they were tailored to my preferences instead of being generic sales pitches. I ultimately spent more than I had originally budgeted, but I always felt confident that I could hear the differences between components and that I was investing in the right places. I ended up with a system that genuinely felt like "endgame" for my use case and my listening space. My one quibble is that the owners can occasionally be difficult to work with. For example, even after purchasing tens of thousands of dollars worth of speakers and paying the demo fees, I was admonished for choosing to buy some parts of my system refurbished, which felt like an unforced error on the business's part. Purchased a set of wharfedale super lintons back in February. I believe Amrit was the one who helped me out with the purchase and demo. Pretty solid and seamless experience, the guys were very helpful when deciding to pick between the wharfedale, revival audio, and triangle products I demoed. The store is probably one of the most well stocked I’ve seen, many interesting brands carried across all price levels. Several things I wanna address seeing some of the other review here: 1. The demo policy is listed on their website. I don’t understand what the fuss is about. It’s clearly outlined and perfectly reasonable. It is a business after all, and nobody wants to waste their time so folks can just go off to Amazon or Crutchfield to make their purchase after receiving demo service from a local shop. 2. There is a certain air of elitism in the hi-fi hobby, and it is certainly not as easy to approach as some other hobbies out there. That said, as a twenty something average joe who doesn’t have extremely deep pockets, I felt that I was well-received and not particularly discriminated against. All of the staff were plenty happy to chat music, gear questions, hobby myths, snake oil, etc.
